Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

Exchanges

All items can be exchanged at Pro Fireworks, in store only.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled up until the time they are picked up.

Refunds

Pro Fireworks will not issue any refunds. We will however exchange items if deemed necessary.

Product Malfunctions

Any product that fails to perform or malfunctions will be replaced with the same item or an item of equal value. The product must be returned to the store of purchase for a replacement.
